Olawanle Moronkeji is a Performance Improvement Consultant with special interests in Strategy development, HR & Change Management. He has over 25 years of working experience across sectors of the Nigerian economy.

He has worked on consultancy projects involving multidisciplinary and multinational consultants at PricewaterhouseCoopers in such sectors as, Financial Services, FCMG, Oil & Gas, Pension Funds Administration, Pension Funds Custodian, the Public sector, Shipping, and the Aviation sector.

In the last 20 years, he has led and managed key assignments on strategy development, change and communications management, manpower audit, executive selection, training, executive development programs, organization restructuring, culture audit and implementation, and business process improvements.

Olawanle has been involved in varying capacities in development works within the last fifteen years focusing essentially on governance reforms in the Public sector.

He has worked and led projects in the areas of capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, organization design and restructuring, change management and advocacy, design of leadership development framework in key government agencies in the States and the Federal level in Nigeria.

Olawanle is an effective facilitator with excellent presentation and people skills. He is on the training faculties of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and Tom Associates, Lagos.

Olawanle has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos (1988). He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).

Kan Fisher is an experienced technology strategist with a rich, varied technology and business process background.  She brings with her a wealth of experience in the business transformation from the United States and the United Kingdom over a period of more than twenty years.

Kan managed many large initiatives at some of the most pre-eminent banks in the US (Deutsche Bank, JP MorganChase, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America) where the goal was to either changing an existing process or introducing new processes that help in fulfilling a strategic goal. In managing these large initiatives, Kan dealt with the challenges of marrying disparate systems, technologies, product areas, human resources, etc into a coherent horizontal whole. Kan’s knowledge of project management (PMBOK, PRINCE2) disciplines and process (CMM/CMMi, Six Sigma) methodologies were all instrumental in ensuring her success at implementing these initiatives.

Working on these initiatives is tied to Kan’s considerable experience in management-level consulting. She has an in-depth understanding and appreciation of the constraints of consulting engagements and the realities of a consulting firm’s ability to deliver on its promises.

Kan’s experiences of best practice, business process orientation combined with her mission to leverage these in the delivery of high-quality customer service make her an excellent resource on the team.

Rilwan Hussein Abarshi

Rilwan is a Managing Partner at BDCS.  A Prosci certified Change Management Consultant and HumaNext Certified Trainer. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Political Science from Bayero University Kano, He holds a Master Project Management (PGD) from Piccadilly Brainiz Bellcore Business institute the USA, Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from the University of London, Post Graduate Diploma in Change Management from Colorado State University, USA.

He studied Strategic Alliances at the University of Limburg (UNIMERIT) Maastricht, Netherlands. He has also completed Train the Trainer certification in Creativity and Innovation, Applying Emotional Intelligence at work, Diversity and Inclusion and Cultural Competency at Humanext, New Jersey, USA, and Ethics Management Certification from Ethics Institute of South Africa.

Rilwan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (FAAPM) and member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), International Member Institute of professional Recruitment Consultants (IPRC), Public Relations Association (IPRA), Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (ASAP), Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), A member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR)

He worked for 24 years in the Central Bank of Nigeria and headed and gave direction to the Communication and Culture change team that produced the Code of Business Ethics and Compliance (COBEC) for the Central Bank of Nigeria. As pioneer Nordal Officer, He nurtured and developed a number of Change Champions and SERVICOM Focal Officers across the Bank. He also headed the Strategic Alliance Management Team in the Strategy and Performance Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria before he voluntarily retired as an Executive to pursue a career in Management Consulting

As a Managing Partner at BDCS, Rilwan oversees the business development, external relations, and strategic direction of the Company.

Nike Kuku is a Human Resources management consultant and trainer with over 20 years of experience with government departments in Nigeria and overseas, an international consulting firm, the private sector, and as an independent consultant. She has worked extensively with public sector organizations in Nigeria and in the UK.  Over the last 10 years, she has had considerable experience in Human Resources Reengineering Projects and recently civil service reform.  Presently she consults widely for governments through both the World Bank and the UK Department for International Development.

Nike works with people inside organizations to design and implement management change, using leadership, training, coaching, and facilitation methods.  Her consulting interventions are based on two fundamental principles.   The first is that assistance should aim to develop skills and confidence among individuals and teams, in so doing reducing the reliance on external technical advice.   The second principle is that solutions should be seen to be locally relevant and, where management techniques are imported, they must be adapted to fit local cultural values and circumstances.  She has a proven ability to develop rapport and build trust with clients and colleagues at all levels, including senior managers, and to work flexibly to achieve results.

Adewale Popoola

Wale Popoola has about two decades of post-graduation experience which spans across the Banking, ICT, and Telecoms sectors. He has both local and international experience in Business Development & start-ups, E-payments solutions, Banking Payment Solutions (Prepaid and Debit), Marketing, Sales & Distribution Management, Data Analysis, People Management, Customer Relationship Management, Products and Project Management.

Wale was responsible for the setup of new policy and process design for e-Revenue Gateway Ltd on MasterCard Issuing and Acquiring Certification projects. His understanding of project management principles and practices combined with his ability to translate these into superb project delivery has given him a level of insight and experience. He conceptualized, led, and successfully implemented the MasterCard Issuing Project and Acquiring projects for the issuance of the Lagos City Card. He was also in charge of the installation and Implementation of the MasterCard Interface Processor (MIP), e-RG Switch, and Prepaid Card Management System.

In addition, Adewale was responsible for the operational management & support for the entire technical infrastructure required by Ecobank Switch, Card Management System, and card-based banking service platform. While he was at the telecoms, he played a critical role in the set-up of operational procedures for the MTN retail business in Nigeria and the Middle East.

Wale is a Fellow of The Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (FInstSMM) the UK, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and an International member of Project Management Institute (PMI). He holds a PGD and Master’s degree (MSc) in Economics from the University of Lagos and Advances Diploma in Information Technology Management and Networking.

She is an excellent team leader with proficiency in bridging the communication divide between customers and businesses through the use of strong communication and analytical techniques. Owing to her effectiveness and dedication on the job she was selected by the Atlas Copco Group Internal Audit Association to partake in the Internal audit of one of the Atlas Copco Group subsidiaries- ATLAS COPCO BOTSWANA in April 2015 and ATLAS COPCO SOUTH AFRICA in June 2015.

She rose to the post of Assistant Finance & Administration Manager within 6 months of her engagement as an Account Officer whilst working with a subsidiary of Honey Well Group and bagged an award in the organization as the Best Finance Staff of the year. She effectively managed the company’s portfolio without supervision for about 6 months between 2010- 2011 as the Acting Finance Manager of Pavilion Technology Limited in the absence of the Finance Manager. She possesses skills, knowledge, and vast experience working with projects, people, and systems.

She holds a B.Sc. Finance, Second Class Upper Division from University of Lagos, Nigeria. She is an Associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK. She also holds a Diploma in Information Management and currently doing her Master in Business Administration (MBA) with the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK.
